market saturée is a hyper-noise-progcore band based in Basel, Switzerland, formed collectively in 2024 by Eren O’Neil Şimşek on electric guitar, Léo-Pol Jeannon on electric bass, and Mehmet Ali Şimayli on drum set. Saturating elements from metal, prog, free improvisation, noise, and hardcore, the band creates intense loudness that turns into a survival experience through their performative and theatrical expression style. They re-compose solutions and arrangements in every performance, shaping their original and collective music site-specifically.

With changing personas and appearances at each show, they embody characters from their home scenes in Istanbul and Nancy. From doom drones to juking grooves to uncategorized improvisations, market saturée plays the music they want to hear and aims to dissolve the experiential gap between performer and audience.

Their debut album will be recorded in August 2025 and released on Simayli’s label, Rubber Commune, with their first tour kicking off in late January 2026.
